Welcome to SUMC

Here at Springfield United Methodist Church, the people are the church. The people of this church care for one another deeply. And we love God.We care for one another during tough times and share in each other’s joys.We pray for one another constantly as we learn about prayer needs. We have fun as we work together doing the work God has given this church to do; in study groups, on mission projects, and at fellowship events reaching out to the surrounding community.  We do this in joyful response to God’s love for each of us.

We welcome newcomers with this same joyful and compassionate energy, the joyful energy that comes from communion with God and reaching out to meet the needs of others. The folks at Springfield Church care about you and your well being. Come as you are.  We want to get to know you; your joys, your concerns, your prayer requests, your needs, your spiritual gifts.
