United Methodist Women

This is a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship; and, to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church. Membership in the UMW is open to all women of Springfield United Methodist Church and is one of the most enjoyable ways to get to know the women of this church and to engage in a variety of worthwhile service activities. UMW members have found that the group is a source of caring and enduring friendships. UMW is divided into three circles that each meet monthly and one E-Circle that communicates by e-mail.
